Reporting an incident or providing feedback

If you want to make a complaint, it is best to discuss the problem with us straight away. We will be able to address your concerns quickly and always put your needs first.

We aim to respond to all feedback in a timely manner, however, sometimes:

  • the issue can't be dealt with immediately.

  • we might need to get more information before we can respond to your complaint.

  • you might like to think about what you want to say and speak with someone before you talk to us about your complaint.

 

Whatever you choose to do, you need to know that:

  • you're welcome to have a friend or relative or other support person with you when you discuss your complaint.

  • you won't be disadvantaged because you've made a complaint.
